Aalcon uses a seven step process on wall crack repairs, foundation repairs, and waterproofing to ensure a long-lasting, clean job. Most services come with a lifetime guarantee. Here is an overview of how we do just that:

We remove dirt and debris down to the concrete footer.​

The walls are scraped and cleaned to provide an adequate surface to work with.

​Next, Aalcon locates cracks and block damage, repairing the wall with epoxy or mortar.

​The area is then re-parged with new cement topping made by Mapei.

​We cover the area with a plastic waterproofing membrane.

​Aalcon then backfills dirt, removing any rocks or debris harmful to wall repairs.

​Lastly, we tamp and grade new backfill for proper drainage.
